Container Rates
We have three sizes of containers on site, they can be used for storage, trading units or both. The sizes and prices are as followed:
8ft container – £20 per week
10ft container – £22 per week
20ft container – £29 per week
Catering Rates
All catering units are £95 per week for free standing or mobile position. Electric ports are available.
Indoor Market Hall Rates
The newly developed indoor market is centrally heated and comprises of individual shop units of varying sizes. The hall is proving most popular with local artisans and small businesses. Rents within the indoor market range and is dependent on the size of the unit.
Cabin Rates
Cabins are located to the west of the indoor market hall on a tarmacadam thoroughfare. Cabins have metal roller doors. This accommodation has no services within them so please note that traders must provide their own generators. Cabins sizes are 18 ft x 15ft and the rent is £44.00 per week*
