Geek Archive
Unit 5, Preston Watson HallThe Geek Archive team has told us that this journey started from a lifelong passion for films and gaming. The owner himself has a collection of over 3000 films to date, and he’s been a gamer since the early days of the ZX Spectrum. After years and countless hours of enjoying movies and gaming together, the team decided to put their passions to work and they launched a store on eBay. It quickly became clear to them that this was a business they could grow and make a true success of.
Spending a few years selling online, the team felt like there was something missing. Although they were selling plenty, they were missing that personal touch- interacting with new people, and getting to talk about their passions, classics from decades gone by, quoting classic lines, and reminiscing about the old consoles they used to play on.
The owner had the following to say:
“Errol Sunday Market was a no-brainer for us, we’ve been able to fill our space with a huge variety of past and present collectables across the movie and gaming worlds. We’ve hundreds of items already on display and hundreds more awaiting space. But most of all, Errol Sunday Market gives us what we’ve been missing, the personal interaction, the stories, the laughs and more.”
